Your first front screen break repair will have a $0 deductible if no other damage is present. After the first free screen repair you’ll get unlimited front screen repairs at $29 each.
You are eligible for up to two approved claims in any rolling 12-month period, with up to a $2,499.99 value limit per claim. The exception to this limit is claims for front screen breaks, which are unlimited as long as there is no other damage to your phone. A deductible also applies for each approved claim. A monthly premium ranging from $6.00 - $18.00 will be billed monthly to the credit card you used to enroll.

What does my device protection program protect?
Likewize device protection provides protection for loss, theft, screen break, accidental damage and mechanical or electrical malfunction (after the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty).
When do I file a Claim?
If your device is lost, stolen or accidentally damaged, file a claim.
You may also file a claim if your device experiences an electrical or mechanical malfunction after the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty period.
A claim must be filed within 60 days of the incident.
A manufacturer's warranty (in-warranty) is provided by your device manufacturer and is generally valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Electrical or mechanical malfunctions in these first 12 months that are no cause of your own are generally covered by your manufacturer’s warranty. Details can be found in your original packaging.
How do I file a Claim?

How long do I have to complete a claim?
A claim must be filed within 60 days of the incident or failure.
Once you file a claim, you have 60 days to complete the process. This includes paying any applicable deductible and providing any information or documentation requested.
If my device is replaced or repaired, am I protected for the new device?
Your replaced or repaired device is still protected for the covered failures or incidents, subject to the claim limits, as long as you are enrolled in device protection.
In addition, replacements come with a 90-day warranty for defects and repaired equipment come with a 12-month limited warranty for the repair performed. In the event that the repaired device or your replacement device fails to function due to any defects in parts or workmanship during this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Such service will not be charged against your annual claim limit.

How many claims am I allowed?
You’re eligible for 2 claims in any rolling 12-month period, based on the date of your first fulfilled claim. Each claim has a value limit of up to $2,499.99. Screen repair claims are unlimited and do not count against this limit.
Will I get the same device for an approved claim if my device is being replaced?
Your device will be replaced with a wireless device of like kind and quality with comparable features and functionality to the protected device and may be reconditioned and/or a different color. Your replacement device will have a 90-day replacement warranty against any defects in parts or workmanship.
What is included in the first screen repair?
Your first front screen repair is free as long as there is no other damage to your device. After the first free screen repair you’ll have unlimited screen repairs at $29 each. Screen repair is limited to cracks and breaks in the front glass of the phone.
Am I required to pay a deductible before I get my device repaired or replaced?
Yes. You are required to pay a non-refundable deductible for each approved claim. See the Program Overview for program pricing.
How will I be billed for my monthly premium?
Your premium will be billed monthly to the credit card provided when you enrolled.
How do I cancel coverage?
You may cancel at any time by contacting Likewize Customer Care at 1-844-877-1095. Any unearned monthly premium will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
What should I do with my damaged device?
If your phone was accidentally damaged or experiences an out of warranty malfunction and we cannot repair it, we’ll provide a replacement. You’ll need to ship us your claimed device. Shipping instructions and a pre-paid shipping label will be included with the replacement device we send you. Be sure to act quickly! Failure to do so within 30 days may result in equipment and processing fees of up to the full retail price of your device.

What can I do online?
Lots! You can check your monthly premium and deductibles, review your plan documents, start a claim, and track it from start to finish. To track a claim, simply go to My Plan and sign in.

What determines which repair options are offered?
Subscriber will be offered appropriate repair options at the time of claim based on their device, type of damage and location.
Can I go to any phone repair location?
To ensure quality, all repairs must be completed through a Likewize repair partner. When you complete your claim, you will be presented with repair partners in your area.
What if there’s not a repair location near me?
Don’t worry, we have repair partners who accept devices via mail. We will send you a prepaid label, all you need to do is package your device and drop it at a UPS mail location. It will be repaired within 3-5 business days and returned to you via next business day delivery. Mobile repair may also be an option through an authorized partner and the repair can be completed the same day of the appointment, while you wait.
What happens if the repair provider cannot fix my device?
In situations where a repair is not possible or ideal, Likewize may offer / choose to replace the device. In these cases, a replacement will be shipped to you via overnight delivery. In most cases, subscribers will have to pay a claim conversion fee which is the difference between the repair deductible paid and the replacement deductible.
What happens if I have an issue with my device after repair?
All repairs performed come with a 12-month limited warranty. In the event that the repaired device fails to function due to any defects in parts or workmanship during this 12-month warranty period, we will repair it again at no cost to you. Such service will not be charged against your annual claim limit.
